talent, i'd say 4 some people. hard work, i'd say 4 some other people. n both, i'd say 4 a few other people... but perhaps, how efficient his mind n body can cope together, at the same time! i guest that goes 4 any great sportsperson, hehehe...

I think a MVP or Brownlow winner has the ability to inspire their team-mates. Have the ability to turn a game upside down and be explosive in possession of the ball. They must be very effective in their possessions and be able to take on any role given to them.
